In-Home Post-Op Lymphatic Therapy
Gentle, specialized manual lymphatic drainage delivered in total comfort and privacy to accelerate your post-cosmetic surgery recovery.
Post-op lymphatic drainage at home in Lekki, Ikoyi & Victoria Island
Etina Spa brings manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to your private room after liposuction, BBL, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and similar cosmetic procedures. Sessions are gentle, hygienic and planned around your surgeon's instructions, so you can rest at home instead of travelling across Lagos in a compression garment.
Why In-Home Care Matters
Swelling & Fluid Reduction
Gentle manual strokes stimulate dormant lymphatic channels, helping the body move trapped fluid and ease post-op swelling and tightness.
Fibrosis Prevention
Early, consistent drainage after liposuction, BBL or tummy tuck is commonly used to help reduce the risk of hard areas and uneven contours, as part of your surgeon's recovery plan.
Zero Lagos Traffic Stress
Eliminate painful car journeys across Lekki while wearing compression garments. Your therapist comes directly to your private room.

What a Home Session Involves
Confirm clearance
We confirm your procedure, surgery date and your surgeon's instructions, including drains, garments and any positioning limits, before we begin.
Prepare your space
Your therapist sets up a clean, comfortable area with medical-grade disposables and helps you with your faja or compression garment.
Gentle drainage
Light, rhythmic strokes are applied to the surgical zones and surrounding lymph pathways. It should never feel deep or painful.
Aftercare and next steps
You get simple aftercare guidance and a recommended session rhythm. Anything concerning is referred back to your surgeon.
When to Call Your Surgeon
Lymphatic drainage supports recovery. It does not replace medical care. Contact your surgeon straight away, or go to the nearest hospital in an emergency, if you notice:
- Fever, or spreading redness or heat around an incision
- Pus or foul-smelling discharge
- Severe or worsening pain
- A calf that is suddenly swollen or painful, or shortness of breath
We will pause sessions and refer you back to your surgeon if we see any of these.
